Ingredients
300gm Large Bean Sprouts
2 Tofu crushed
1/2 Red Capsicum sliced thick
1/2 Green Capsicum Sliced Thick
1 Medium onion sliced thinly
4 Cloves Garlic pounded
1 tbs Ginger chopped finely
1tbs Chili paste
1 sprig of Spring Onion
1 sprig of Celery leafs
2 tbs Cooking Oil
Salt to taste
Method of Cooking
1. Heat oil in a pan, once hot saute onion,garlic and ginger lightly.
2. Add Chili paste and cook for about 5 min.
3. Now add crushed tofu and cook till the Tofu is dry and the oil is separated.
4. Toss is Beans Sprouts, Red and Green Chili cook for about 3-5 min (Medium cook)
5. Add salt to taste.
6. Stir in Spring Onion and Celery leafs.
7. Serve hot with Rice
