Avocado Salad

A simple salad made with Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes and Lettuce.
You can make it in just 10min with all these ingredients. Serve it cold by putting it in refridgerator for 15min after making it.
These is a very healthy salad as avocados and lettuce is rich in potassium, iron and calsium. Ideal for those on diet.

Ingredients

Sliced Avocados   1 cup
Romaine Lettuce   2 heads
Cherry tomatoes    10
Grated Cheese       12 tbsp
Olive oil                1tbs
Black Pepper        1/2 tsp
Lime Juice            1/2 tsp
Salt to taste


Preparation

First wash well the lettuce and tear into bite pieces. Wash and cut cheery tomatoes into halfs.
Take a salad bowl and mix all the ingredients along with cheese, olive oil, black pepper, lime juice and salt.
Divide in six individual portion and serve. Its a very refreshing salad.
