Broccoli with Black Mushroom




Broccoli with Black Mushroom

Ingredients

300gm Broccoli (Blanched in hot water till half cooked)
and put in ice cold water to stop the cooking and retain the colour)
5 Chinese Black Dry Mushroom (Soaked in hot water for an hour) sliced thinly
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs garlic chopped
1 tsp ginger chopped
1 tbs light soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tbs cooking oil

Method of cooking

1. Saute garlic ginger in a wok when oil is hot till fragrant.
2. Add mushroom stir and cook for about 2 min.
3. Now add Broccoli, light soy sauce, sesame oil and oyster sauce.
4. Stir well and remove .
5. Serve hot with rice or you can just eat it on its own.
