Thai Style Mango Chicken








You will Need

400gm boneless chicken
1tbs corn flour
1tbs rice flour
1/2 tsp soda bicarbonate
salt to taste
A sprinkle of Black Pepper
(Mix all the above ingredient's with the bite size chicken and deep fry till golden brown and set aside)

1 unripe Mango shredded
2 tbs cashew nuts and peanuts fried till golden brown.
1/2 cup of Thai chili sauce

In a plate arrange the fried chicken, followed by the shredded mango and finally the cashew and peanuts (crush lightly).


Pour on the Thai Chili Sauce and Serve.  Mix all the ingredients just before serving.
