Chili Chicken with Cashew

A very simple Chicken Chicken Dish.

You will need

Boneless chicken 300gm (cubed)
Light soya sauce  1tbs
Thick soya sauce  1tsp
Chinese wine        1tbs (optional)
Corn Flour            1tsp
(Combine all the ingredients n marinate for about 15min)

Cashew 50gm (fried lighty) Garnish
Ginger strands     1tbs
Garlic                  1tbs
Dry Chili              5 pc (cut into 1inch size)
Onions                 2 (medium cut each into eight and peel the florets one by one)
Thick soya sauce 1tbs
Chili sauce           2tbs
Corn Flour           1tsp (mix with 2tbs of cool water)
Spring onion for garnishing
Corriender leave for garnishing

Method

1. Heat work with 2tbs of oil in a wok.
2. Add Onion saute till light brown then put the ginger, garlic and dry chili for about 2min.
3. Now add the marinated chicken, stir till chicken is golden and browned.
4. All the sauces can be added now, stir well till chicken is completely coated.
5. It's time to add in the corn flour liquid, stir until sauce is thicken reomove from stove.
6. Garnish and serve hot.
