Indian style Bee Hoon (Rice Vermechlli)




INDIAN STYLE FRIED BEEHOON




500gm Bee Hoon soaked (5min) in hot water n drained
1 large Onion Pounded
5 cloves Garlic Pounded
1 large Tomato cut small
4 dried Chili cut 2in lenght (6-7 if you like it spicy)
1 tsp mustard seeds
5 tbs cooking oil
2 tbs Cilantro (optional)
Salt to taste

Method of cooking

1 In a wok heat oil once the oil is hot add garlic, onion, Dry chili and mustard seeds.
2 when mustard seeds starts to pop add Tomato, Bee Hoon and salt
3 Stir until all the ingredients combine well and the noodles are well cooked
4 Add Cilantro and serve.

(Serves 4)
